CARETAKING

We want you to enjoy your White Rabbit Gallery jewellery for as long as possible. And if you look after it properly, it will remain beautiful for generations to come.

Our glass jewellery is made from high-quality, solid borosilicate glass and is not as delicate or fragile as it appears. However, it can scratch or break if it comes into contact with hard surfaces such as stone, metal or concrete. Please handle it with care and take care when putting it on and taking it off. Take care not to lose the vibrancy and detail of the glass artwork by spraying it with chemicals such as deodorant, perfume, hairspray, etc. If this does happen, you can easily clean your glass jewellery with a glass cleaner and/or a dry cloth. Store them in the box when not wearing them, so they stay as good as new and you can enjoy them forever.

Our gold, silver and platinum jewellery is crafted from the purest precious metals available. All items are crafted with a genuine organic, natural element at their core. The item is plated with several layers of magic, including a sturdy layer of copper, and then plated with precious metals. Although all items consist of an extremely fragile core, our magic has transformed them into sturdy and durable jewellery. They will not break or bend easily. But if you try hard enough, you can of course damage them. So please be careful.

Precious metals are, however, delicate and must be handled with care to keep them looking their best. Take care not to scratch your jewellery or drop it onto hard surfaces. Remove it before going to the gym, going to bed, visiting the sauna or going into a swimming pool. Hair and skincare products can also affect your jewellery, causing discolouration and possibly corrosion. Make sure you apply any skincare or hair products before putting on your jewellery. Store it in the box it came in when not in use. Do not store it alongside other items, as this may cause scratches or damage.

Silver can lose its shine over time. To restore your silver jewellery to its former glory, we recommend using a silver cleaning solution with a polishing cloth. To remove dirt, gently clean with lukewarm soapy water and a soft toothbrush, then dry with a polishing cloth.

If gold is treated with care, it will retain its lustre forever. It does not need to be polished. If it becomes dirty, you can clean it with warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush. However, if it becomes damaged due to improper handling, cleaning will not restore its original lustre.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns regarding jewellery that is damaged or broken, please contact us so that we can see if and how we can assist you. We trust you understand that, whilst our primary aim is for you to be satisfied with our jewellery, any repairs or replacements resulting from careless handling will be at your own expense.

Just be gentle, and enjoy it for many lifetimes
