DELIVERY AND RETURNS
PROVIDING INFORMATION

Delivery within the Netherlands:
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Cost: €7. Free delivery on orders over €100.

International shipping within the EU
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Cost: €12 – Free delivery on orders over €150.

International shipping outside the EU
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch. Cost: €17 – Free delivery on orders over €175.
All international orders are shipped via DHL or UPS, and all orders can be tracked.
* Please note that delivery times depend on the availability of your item. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details.
All orders placed at the weekend will be processed the following working day.
HOW YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED
Your order will be sent in a plain envelope or box if you have ordered multiple items.
Jewellery is packaged in a White Rabbit Gallery jewellery box, which is then placed inside a protective box.
VAT
All orders include VAT (20%).
*Please note that any import duties and taxes payable in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are truly not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days. We will then refund the full purchase price, excluding delivery costs. Alternatively, we will send you a new item. Please contact info@whiterabbitgallery.eu so that we can assist you.
Postage costs are non-refundable. We do not reimburse the postage costs for returns. We recommend sending returns via DHL or UPS. We also recommend insuring returns for the full purchase price of the goods and requesting a tracking number for your parcel.
Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all labels, jewellery tags and boxes. Please keep your proof of purchase for your records. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.
